Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. For orders under £75.00, orders for UK Mainland will be charged at the standard rate of £10.00. Occasionally, some UK postcodes fall into non-UK Mainland. If you find that the price is different than what should be displayed, please contact us.

Free UK Mainland Shipping*

*You will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. For orders over £75.00, orders will receive free shipping for delivery addresses within UK Mainland.

Order Processing Time  

All orders placed before 12pm lunchtime Monday to Friday are processed and shipped next day on all in-stock items.

All orders placed after 12pm lunchtime Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day.

All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched from our warehouse on Monday or on the next available business day.

Delivery Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Please note that in order to change the delivery address on the order once placed on the website will need to be done manually by our order processing team. Please contact us on 01298 872 186 or email


We are sorry, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Please note, we are are only able to ship defibrillators and defibrillator batteries to UK-based delivery addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been placed on the website, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
