Returns Policy

 

For unopened and factory-sealed products:

You can return your product in its original, unopened & sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase. We’ll give you the choice of an exchange or full refund of the product price, no questions asked.

Any delivery and/transport costs to return the product will not be refunded

For opened and/or used products:

You can return your product within 7 days of purchase. Should the unit have had the packaging removed, we will charge a handling fee of up to 30% of the purchase price.

Should the unit have been installed and drilled or mounted, we are unable to accept any return unless it is defective in some way.  

Batteries cannot be returned for a refund.

Electrode pads where the packet has been torn or ripped cannot be returned for a refund.

Items returned damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

Goods Return Number (GRN)

All returns will be issued a Goods Return Number (GRN). We are unable to deal with any returns without one.

Please note:

Goods must be returned to our Customer Service Department within 14 days from authorisation. After 14 days, we will not accept returns of unwanted and non-faulty items.

Goods if no longer required must be re-packaged as received. If you have opened the box to examine the product, it must be re-packaged with reasonable care in order to prevent any damage in transit back to us. All components and accessories must be returned.

Faulty goods must be carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transit. We cannot accept responsibility if this happens. We advise that you retain the original packing for this purpose.

Any ‘Free’ goods supplied with the products must also be returned.

All refunds will not include the original carriage charges.

A"Consumer" (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) is a person who is not buying the Products or Services for purposes related to their trade, business or profession.
