Primedic HeartSave myPAD First Aid Kit

The Primedic HeartSave myPAD is supplied with a first aid kit, stored alongside the electrode pads in the device bag. It contains four items needed to prepare a casualty for defibrillation: a razor, a resuscitation face shield, a disposable cloth, and a pair of scissors.

If those items have been used in a rescue, or if the kit has been lost or is no longer complete, this page is the right place to replace them. This is the Primedic accessory for the HeartSave myPAD, MDR approved, and available from an authorised UK distributor.

What’s Included

The kit is designed to stow with the electrode pads in the HeartSave myPAD device bag. Electrode pads, the device itself, and the carry case are not included and are sold separately.

Two main reasons people purchase the myPAD first aid kit:

The first is post-rescue restocking. After any cardiac arrest event involving the HeartSave myPAD, the electrode pads must be replaced immediately. The first aid kit should be checked at the same time and replaced if any items were used during the rescue.

The second is a missing or incomplete kit. If the original kit has been lost, damaged, or discarded at some point during the device’s service life, this replacement restores the device to its fully-equipped state.
