The CPR Uni-padz Electrode Training Harness by ZOLL solves one of the most common frustrations in AED training: electrode pads that slip, shift, or need someone to hold them in place whilst you're trying to teach proper CPR technique.

This reusable training accessory keeps electrodes exactly where they need to be, on the sternum and apex, so your trainees can focus on learning the skills that save lives, not wrestling with equipment.

How the CPR Uni-padz Training Harness Works

The training harness connects to your ZOLL AED 3 Trainer and holds the training electrode pads in the correct anatomical positions on a CPR manikin or training volunteer. This allows trainees to:

1. Learn Proper Pad Placement: Understand exactly where electrodes should be positioned on adult and paediatric patients, one below the right collarbone, one on the left side below the armpit
2. Practice CPR with AED Integration: Perform chest compressions whilst the AED provides real-time audio and visual feedback on their technique
3. Experience Realistic Scenarios: Simulate complete emergency response protocols from pad application through to shock delivery, without interruption
4. Build Confidence: Develop the procedural memory required to act quickly and correctly during actual cardiac emergencies

The harness works perfectly with the AED 3 Trainer's built-in feedback system, which tells trainees whether they're pressing hard enough, fast enough, and letting the chest fully recoil between compressions, the three things that make CPR effective.
